Pharmacy Weight Loss Goole is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy and weight loss clinic serving patients in Goole and the surrounding area. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511) and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and clinical guidelines.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being stopped immediately.
All prescription weight loss treatments are subject to a clinical assessment by our qualified pharmacist prescriber. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and may contact you for further information before approving your order. We may decline to prescribe if we determine the treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. All prescriptions are issued in accordance with current MHRA and NICE guidelines.
Prescriptions are valid for a single dispensing unless otherwise stated and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be taken when you place your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
We do not store card details on our systems. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. We use tracked delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Deliveries are sent to the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address information. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Medications are packaged discreetly and in compliance with all pharmaceutical packaging requirements.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. If you experience a product defect or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
